Expect mostly cloudy skies until 5 PM, then the sunshine will break through. Showers and thunderstorms are likely, so keep an eye out for those. High temperatures will reach the mid-80s, and you'll feel those west winds cruising around at 10 mph.

Tonight, the rip current risk remains high with surf heights decreasing to 2 to 3 feet. It will be partly cloudy with temperatures dropping to the mid-60s. Winds will shift to the north at around 10 mph.

Looking ahead to Saturday, the rip current risk lowers to moderate with surf heights at 2 to 3 feet. It's going to be a sunny day with high temperatures in the lower 80s. Winds will start from the northeast at 10 mph, then shift to a northwest direction later in the day.

As we extend into the weekend and early next week, we see some more great beach days lined up with low rip current risks and mostly cloudy skies. So, grab your boards and hit the waves! Just keep an eye out for those showers and thunderstorms in the forecast.
