For over 10 years, William Warwick IV has been researching and investigating his own personal UFO experiences . He has also investigated and documented numerous UFO sightings from people all over Virginia and Arizona and written two books about these encounters called the Norfolk Incident in Phoenix Rising .
I gave two presentations and speaker at Aliencon 2018 - One was on Nuclear Pulse Detonation and Evidence of ET mining operations on Phobos and Deimos. The other was speaking about and answering questions about the phoenix lights.
