Mercury is retrograde 8/30-9/22 & is not really moving backwards. Because it is the planet closest to the sun its orbit is much shorter than the Earth’s.3 or 4 times/yr Mercury speeds up and passes the Earth. Making it look like Mercury moves backwards.Many believe the planets' movements effect us & will blame Mercury retrograde on things going awry.In Virgo this retrograde calls us to inspect our lives.On 9/16 we have a full moon & lunar eclipse calling on us to examine our truth.
