We’re glad to be back with a new episode on our mental notes series❣️It’s been a hot minute since we got mushy with y’all so this week we will be talking all about the ideas behind being called crazy, overly-sensitive, dramatic, you name it! The word crazy can mean a lot of different things to many people but it always seems to revolve around this negative connotation of being “too much”. But what does that really mean? Could there ever be a limit to expressing yourself to others or perhaps a healthier way that doesn’t send someone spiraling into oblivion when you start crying or venting???
