This November, Oregon voters will weigh in a ballot measure that would repeal the state’s 31-year-old sanctuary law, which prohibits state and local law enforcement from investigating or apprehending people whose only violation is that they’re in violation of federal immigration law. We’ll hear arguments for and against Measure 105.
