Dissociative Identity Disorder is the diagnosis that actually saved her life. Today, Paul and Kim discuss the subject of trauma motivated behavior, Kim’s personal journey of 20 years in a mental health system, and the amazing work that Kim is now involved in.Episode Takeaways:A person’s trauma response is a way of coping but it doesn’t mean it can serve the person into adulthood.The trauma patient’s family also plays a role in healing.It takes radical self-awareness for a person to start healing.
