Governor Matt Bevin discussed his lack of knowledge on the subpoena for the names of JCPS teachers involved in the sick-outs, his belief that it shouldn’t be this difficult to obtain information on “illicit labor practices”, and why those who did not abuse the system have no reason to be concerned.
