Mikowski and his wife Lauren started Mikowski Real Estate in 2018 and since then their team has closed $98 million in sales. They have always honed in around the concept of their team to be boutique, however in October of 2023 they were recruited to Finding 43 Real Estate, which is a brokerage that was established in April of 2023. They have modeled their business around their Zillow team model, which is what Mikowski Real Estate is part of as well.
