Majorjon Kaylor has agreed to plead guilty to second degree murder charges in exchange for the state reducing the original first degree murder charges to the lesser crime and also dropping the burglary charge that they tacked on after he was arrested.
This huge development comes after mediation was entered into by Kaylor and the state and after the Judge made a major ruling denying Kaylor's request to dismiss the charges against him entirely.
The only major question still to be asked at this point is, how many years will be sentenced to?
