My first flu shot landed me in the emergency room decades ago with pneumonia. I did get Moderna shots one and two plus one booster. That is it. I had an adverse event from the booster and not getting any more. Have not gotten COVID yet. I also do not do fried foods, pastries, candy or salty snacks.

U E been besting myself up the last two months for letting my eating get out of control. When I heard you say 291 that's pretty much where I've landed. Oh well. I know I'm not the only one struggling. I was also doing well for a while. Gotta get back in that horse. Giving up is not an option
