As the curtain drops on 2019 Jenny and Chris look back at what made the news around the world of women's sport and the impact it had on women outside sport in the wider society.  We share some moments that stood out for us and why we believe that the rising tide of women in sport is good for all women. We decided to call the show Lower the Ladder as a way of giving women a leg up, while we are inspired by women who paved the way for us, so we all should now be doing what we can for girls and women in sport whether as athletes or coaches or officials or in sports admin...this is for all of us.
