Amelia’s opened, closed and reopened three times. It’s my favorite lunch spot near Edelman New York: the food is fresh and made to order. Nikos (Nick) says customers love breakfast— fresh o.j., Greek yogurt with berries, custom omelets, and pancakes and waffles. People enjoy for lunch 8-ounce burgers, gourmet salads, and wraps and paninis.
