President Trump has signed an executive order establishing U.S. policy on the use of off-Earth resources, including mining of the moon’s water ice and other natural resources, as well as tapping asteroids passing by. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi has spent the last three-plus years investigating President Trump, and each time she’s come up empty. But she’s going to give it another go, this time as Americans are locked down while the coronavirus sweeps across the nation.
