Speaking about being controversial, why is it an unpopular opinion to call out Ineffectiveness on the Right, when it is clear for all to see. I’ll share the lastest in the Tale of Waushara Counties Republican and Democratic Party differences.

I know the whole 10000 steps is just an arbitary number but hitting that goal everday makes a huge difference. I upped my daily step count to 12K to 17K depending on what I got going on. It's a game changer

PS… partially due to you and coincidentally my wife I’m now a CARNIVORE! It’s been 2 weeks. Down 6 lbs. Feeling great. All protein and no carbs Or sugar. Total elimination diet. Thanks for sharing. Glad you mentioned it and your success.
