This quote is one of the often used quotes in personal development. It is supposed to keep reminding us over and over again. That I am the average of the five people I spend the most time with. Others around myself determine how I think, how I act, and ultimately how successful I will be.

But what would happen if I wanted to be above the average of the five people I spend the most time with? What would it take me to move to the next level and who would I need to know and how would I get to know them?
