Learning To Be Present is a skill we must all master in order to live our Lives of Success. 

Study after study shows that when people try to do two or more things simultaneously (i.e. Multitask), they do neither at full capacity, in fact, they really only do each of the "two" tasks at 40% and overall IQ performance drops by 10 points.

The idea that you can give 100% to more than one task or event is false and in truth, it disconnects us from living our highest and best self. 

Building a Life of Success is about being fully present with each event in our life. It is about giving 100% into the task at hand and the people we are with.
