The Living Full Out Show with Nancy Solari encourages you to find your purpose by being a source of strength for others. Maybe your friend is going through a rough patch and is asking you for help. Perhaps you have been feeling down and lost your ambition. By taking the time to check in with others and being there for your loved ones you can live full out and find your life plan.

Our first caller Amber just found out that her graduation has been canceled and she is devastated. She wants to know how she can find the motivation to finish her semester when there is nothing to look forward to. Nancy advises her to put together her own party or mock ceremony with all her friends. Nancy reminds her that by doing this she can make it more personalized and provide relief in this hard time. Tune in to hear how you can find a silver lining during this stressful time.

Our second caller, Olivia commutes four hours everyday to her job and is wondering how she can optimize her time during this. It is hard for her to stay optimistic with her career because of how difficult her drive is. Nancy tells Olivia to create different playlists depending on her moods, download audio books, or use this time to catch up with old friends. Tune in to hear how you can multitask and be productive during your free time. l
Our inspirational guest, Kevin Briggs has been through numerous low points in his life, but managed to find a motive by helping others in need. At just twenty years old he was diagnosed with testicular cancer, at twenty six he lost his mom to lung cancer, late thirties he suffered head trauma in a motorcycle accident, and lastly he was diagnosed with depression. Kevin had to persevere through rough patches all throughout his life and when he became a highway patrol officer at the golden gate bridge he found his motivation for life. He was able to talk people off the ledge and save their lives which led him to become a mental health advocate. Kevin gives talks around the country about how to provide support for others and lead them down a positive path. Listen in to hear how you can find your purpose by being a source of strength to others.

Our final caller Audrey seeks advice on how to determine when to put her needs before others. She wants to know when she should put aside her wants to listen to her friends rather than putting herself first. Nancy reminds her that she can only give as much as she has and that she must honor her own needs. Audrey should guide her friend to identify other people they can turn to when she is unavailable. Tune in to hear how to balance putting yourself first or catering to your friends desires before your own.

Maybe you’re starting at a new job and want to make a good first impression. Perhaps you are struggling with classes and are feeling unmotivated. We all go through times in life when we feel down, but turn to your friends to lift your mood. Being there for your friends can lead you to find purpose and strength in your own life and guide you to living full out.
