Kerri Kannan grew up believing that she was fat, flawed and unworthy of being loved.  After a powerful experience in 1998, she realized that all of her pain and hurtful experiences were merely providing her with the context to understand the content of her thinking and it was up to her to change her thinking so she could change her life.  She also realized that her life purpose was to learn to love. trust and believe in herself and teach others how to do the same.   She now coaches others to embrace their challenges and use them as the catalyst for transformation in their own lives and as the foundation for their greatest gifts to themselves and humanity.
