District Attorney Rachael Rollins is appealing the refusal of a Boston Municipal judge to dismiss charges against a group of anti-Straight Pride Parade protesters. Judge Richard Sinnott this week refused requests from prosecutors to let the defendants go free. A day later he held a defense attorney who kept interrupting him in contempt, had her handcuffed and put in a cell for hours.
