Many times I found that God identifies you by the problem He wants to Redeem.

Let's look at the story of the man with leprosy in Mark 1:40-41.

Now a leper came to Him, imploring Him, kneeling down to Him and saying to Him, “If You are willing, You can make me clean.” Then Jesus, moved with compassion, stretched out His hand and touched him, and said to him, “I am willing; be cleansed.” As soon as He had spoken, immediately the leprosy left him, and he was cleansed. Mark ‭1:40-42‬

Lepers by law were to stay 50 paces away from somebody else lepers by the law were to stay 50 steps away from anyone else. But this letter came close to Jesus.

Listen what the leper said to Jesus: If You are willing, You can make me clean.

This leads to a question that many people ask I know God can, but will He Do it for me.

The next verse gives you the answer:

“Moved with compassion, Jesus reached out and touched him. “I am willing,” he said. “Be healed!” Instantly the leprosy disappeared, and the man was healed.” ‭‭Mark‬ ‭1:41-42‬‬

Jesus is moved with compassion for you, and He is willing. When Jesus is moved with compassion miracles happen.

In Matthew 20 where Jesus asked two blind men, “What do you want me to do for you?” They said, “Lord, let our eyes be opened.”

I love what the Scripture says next: “Moved with compassion, Jesus touched their eyes. Immediately they received their sight and followed him” (Matthew 20.32-34, NET).

Mark 6.34; Mark 8.2; Matthew 14.14 tells about Jesus feeding multitudes.

Scripture reports Jesus was, “Moved with compassion, or better way is stated He had Compassion on Them.

‭‭In Mark‬ ‭6:34-44‬ Jesus saw a huge crowd as He stepped from the boat, and he had compassion on them because they were like sheep without a shepherd. So he began teaching them many things. ‬

Late in the afternoon His disciples came to Him and said, “This is a remote place, and it’s already getting late. Send the crowds away so they can go to the nearby farms and villages and buy something to eat.”

But Jesus said, “You feed them.” “With what?” they asked. “We’d have to work for months to earn enough money to buy food for all these people!” “How much bread do you have?” he asked. “Go and find out.”

They came back and reported, “We have five loaves of bread and two fish.” Then Jesus told the disciples to have the people sit down in groups on the green grass. So they sat down in groups of fifty or a hundred.

Jesus took the five loaves and two fish, looked up toward heaven, and blessed them. Then, breaking the loaves into pieces, he kept giving the bread to the disciples so they could distribute it to the people.

He also divided the fish for everyone to share. They all ate as much as they wanted, and afterward, the disciples picked up twelve baskets of leftover bread and fish. A total of 5,000 men and their families were fed.
‭‭Mark‬ ‭6:34-44‬‬

In Matthew ‭20:29-33: ‬As Jesus and the disciples left the town of Jericho, a large crowd followed behind. Two blind men were sitting beside the road. When they heard that Jesus was coming that way, they began shouting, “Lord, Son of David, have mercy on us!” “Be quiet!” the crowd yelled at them. But they only shouted louder, “Lord, Son of David, have mercy on us!” When Jesus heard them, he stopped and called, “What do you want me to do for you?” “Lord,” they said, “we want to see!
‭‭Matthew‬ ‭20:29-33‬ ‬

So Jesus had compassion and touched their eyes. And immediately their eyes received sight, and they followed Him. Matthew ‭20:34‬

I’ve always loved Matthew 9.35-38 …
35 Jesus traveled through all the towns and villages of that area, teaching in the synagogues and announcing the Good News about the Kingdom. And he healed every kind of disease and illness. 36 When he saw the crowds, he had compassion on them because they were confused and helpless, like sheep without a shepherd. 37 He said to his disciples, ‘The harvest is great, but the workers are few. 38 So pray to the Lord who is in charge of the harvest; ask him to send more workers into his fields.’

In Luke 7:14 Jesus raises the son of the widow of Nain ... “Now it happened, the day after, that He went into a city called Nain; and many of His disciples went with Him, and a large crowd. And when He came near the gate of the city, behold, a dead man was being carried out, the only son of his mother; and she was a widow. And a large crowd from the city was with her. When the Lord saw her, He had compassion on her and said to her, “Do not weep.” Then He came and touched the open coffin, and those who carried him stood still. And He said, “Young man, I say to you, arise.” So he who was dead sat up and began to speak. And He presented him to his mother. Luke ‭7:11-15‬

And If You Remember in Hebrews 13:8 Jesus Is the Same Yesterday Today and Forever. He Has Compassion on You.

Jesus compassion always leads to action, whether healing, feeding, providing, or calling others to serve!
