Jenna Ellis joins Dan to discuss her fealty to the U.S. Constitution, regardless of party affiliation, and her belief that the bill passed by the Florida legislature and signed by Florida governor Ron DeSantis is political retaliation against the Disney corporation simply for exercising their right to free speech against the state's Parental Rights in Education law. The former attorney for President Trump has also offered to help represent Disney in its case, should the company pursue legal action against Florida lawmakers removing their special tax and self-governing privileges on their Kissimmee-St. Cloud property, which have been in effect for the last 55 years.
