Jeff Kubiak had a challenging childhood in the school system because of undiagnosed ADHD. But when his sixth grade teacher took great care in helping him, it changed his trajectory, so much so he became a teacher himself, and finally a principal. His platform is to cultivate kindness in a sometimes volatile school environment. He even published a book called “One Drop of Kindness.” #onedropofkindness #restorativejustice #bullying #W4WN
