Philadelphia Flyers Defenseman Jamie Drysdale took a massive hit from Pittsburgh Penguins Forward Jansen Harkins at center ice on Sunday Afternoon. He left the ice with his left arm dangling at his side as he rushed to the locker room. Hockey Insider Elliott Friedman tweeted out that Drysdale will be considered week to week with an upper-body injury late Monday Afternoon. Not exactly the news they wanted to hear considering Drysdale’s injury history. What is next for the Flyers? Does this change what the Flyers are looking to do at the Trade Deadline next week?
The Philadelphia Flyers came out of a wild weekend losing back-to-back games. The guys are going to break down both games from over the weekend. The first game was against the New York Rangers, where the Flyers would fall 2-1. On Sunday, the Flyers would head to Pittsburgh to face the Penguins. This game was more of a shootout, but the Flyers would come up short losing by a score of 7-6. Flyers showed the fanbase that they continue to be resilient and are never out of any game. What were some of the positives taken away from this wild weekend?
