One thing I learned to do well was how to get back up every time I was pushed over. It is easy to give up and go back to the old way of doing things when life keeps tossing you to the ground. I understand bullying and being afraid of the world. I remember walking home from school terrified every day of the bullies from the Catholic school. I remember being afraid of the world and I remember when I finally found the courage inside to take back my life and I was scared as hell. On this episode, we will discuss courage.
