It’s a Love Thing is a song by the R&B group The Whispers, released in Jan. 1981. And Where are the Whispers from?

Actor: From Los Angeles, California. (Singing ).

They were best known for two R&B singles that were number one. And The Beat Goes on in 1980 and Rock Steady in 1987.

Actor: But scored hit records since the late 1960’s. (Singing Never Again).

Hmm! I didn’t know that. The Whispers have been singing a long time. When I first heard a Whispers’ song, I didn’t know that they were the Whispers in the 70’s. I remember a hit from the group titled “ Seems Like I Got To Do Wrong” (Singing).

I had been hearing the Whispers a good while before I really knew who they were because I was a little girl. And when they came out with the song It’s A Love Thing, I was beginning to learn who they were. And the minute I heard It’s A Love Thing, I fell in love with the song right away. …
