On March 12 Dr. Amy Acton reported on live television that she KNEW the real number of infected Ohioans was over 100,000 people and that the number would likely double every 4 days if we do not take action immediately!
For the past month our leaders in Columbus (Governor DeWine) have been increasing their authority, closing businesses and limiting movement of free citizens based on the assumption that on March 12 we had over 100,000 infected in the state. Today we have a little over 3,000. A real actual number reported by...the State Department Of Health! It has been almost a month and we have 3,000 cases which is nowhere close to the 100,000 with the number doubling every 4 days since March 12. So, you can view this as a HUGE SUCCESS because we went from 100,000 down to just over 3,000 in a month.
It is time to Congratulate Dr. Amey Acton and to learn some lessons and begin to get our lives back to normal, observing safe distances and workplace knowledge and acceptance of longer term sick-leave or work from home arrangements for those feeling ill or taking care of family who still need to be at home!
