Everybody knows that, in theory, they can knuckle down for a certain period of time and make an effort to shift the weight. The best time to start is when motivation is high. But more often than not, what you’re setting yourself up for is unrealistic expectations of weight loss in short periods of time, as well as putting everything in place for a big binge followed by an emotional tailspin that leaves you the same weight, or heavier! Listen to this Podcast as I address my 3 simple ways to avoid the pitfalls of dieting. Oh and I also chime in on the elections in California. My voting rant.
