Introducing INTRIGUED - a short story show presenting real cases of the strange and the unknown. Can you help unravel what is so intriguing?
Before Plymouth and Jamestown, the first English colony in the New World of over 100 men, women, and children was established on Roanoke Island off the coast of North Carolina. Their governor sailed back to England for more supplies, but returned to a ghost village where its inhabitants completely disappeared. On this episode of INTRIGUED we look at what could have led to the many theories of what happened to a group of settlers who would be known as The Lost Colony of Roanoke.
