This week on "Rebel Hearts": Kristie talks with director Kelly Noonan Gores and producer Adam Schomer about their documentary film HEAL. HEAL takes us on a scientific and spiritual journey where we discover that our thoughts, beliefs, and emotions have a huge impact on our health and our ability to heal. The film not only taps into the brilliant minds of leading scientists and spiritual teachers, but follows two people on actual high stakes healing journeys. In this interview Kelly and Adam share their journeys that lead them to making the documentary HEAL, and how making the film impacted their own lives. We talk about the science of epigenetics and how we have the opportunity to change our genes and heal any illness by changing the stress factors in our life, may they be physical or emotional. We talk about miraculous examples of healing and the search for alternatives where allopathic medicine runs into a dead end.
