After Liberty Institute's recent win at the Supreme Court defending Coach Joseph Kennedy's right to pray silently on the 50 yard line after the game (he was fired for doing so), Mr. Byron joins to talk about a new challenge to Colorado's law that imposes severe, content-based restrictions on speech outside of abortion clinics. It's clearly a violation of the First Amendment.
