Natural health expert Becky Chambers talks about her new book Whole Body Vibration for Mental Health: Natural Methods for finding peace Amid Chaos.

She has written three other books on Whole Body Vibration, including her latest book, Whole Body Vibration For Mental Health. Becky has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Massachusetts, a master’s in education from Lesley College, and a graduate degree in natural health from Clayton College of Natural Health.
