As we continue to watch the fallout in Delphi in real time, there have been several situations that have been signifigant, including the topic that we are about to discuss.
Richard Allen has claimed, in the past, that he was being mistreated at the facility he was located at while he was on trial. Those claims included harrasment, not given time with his wife in private and a host of other issues. Because of this, Allen petitioned the court to be moved. A petition that was originally denied.
That has now changed.
