Alberta Patterson and Melody Barton-Helmick have decided to take their lives back using some of the popular weight loss modalities available. Both Melody and Alberta, two phenomenal women, came to this realization for a multitude of reasons, but at the top of the list was that they had to do this for themselves and only for SELF.
