This week, Sami sits down with her partner Joshua Melara (@hijodereina), a cut-man, Harley rider and former butcher. He currently works for Japanese Knife Imports in Los Angeles. The pair talk passionately about the humanity of eating animals. They touch on his journey as a butcher and how it affects a carnivorous diet, veganism, animal cruelty, slaughterhouses and factory farming.
