Harris Policy and Debate kicked off its inaugural debate with a timely theme: Is Democracy Doomed? The final in a series of three debates, you debate you are listening to is specifically on "Whether the United States Should Go To War With North Korea."

The debaters are Professors Ethan Bueno de Mesquita and Dan Black of the University of Chicago's Harris School of Public Policy.
