Hi everyone and today I’m here with How To Relieve Stress Part 5. The 5th part in my ongoing series of stress relief techniques to help get you out of the pit of despair and onto the rocket to success! Today we are yet again going to close our eyes, and if you’re watching these back to back try not to get too sleepy, since closing our eyes is such an effective way to get our mind ready to relieve stress. And what we are going to do is imagine ourselves taking hold of our stress, crumpling it up into a ball and tossing it into a fire!
