In this week's episode my spirit guides decided they wanted to have the floor once again, so I have channeled the information they feel is important for you right now. As you will have seen with the topic it is all about learning how to release physical symptoms from your body, in particular physical pain you are absorbing from other people. 
As empaths this is a very important thing to learn, as picking up the pain of others is something that can happen quite regularly and I shared my very own personal experience of feeling the pain of others.
I also shared with you the value and gift of being a sounding board for others, comes very naturally to us, extremely healing for the person sharing and how you can leave it at that without taking it on.
