Are you feeling disconnected?  In this episode I am going to share with you 6 ways to reconnect.

Disconnection can feel like overwhelm, anxiety, exhaustion, depression and like your world is on its head.  These are all signs for you that it is time to reconnect.

I share with you a personal story of how I knew it was time for me to reconnect, what I was experiencing and even as a holistic counsellor why I wasn't doing the things I know work.
