This means that our energy is going weak to 80% of our lives, which includes when we are upset, reacting, unhappy, depressed, anxious, over protecting, judging ourselves and others, angry No one is normally up 100% of the time, and we can definitely increase the amount of time our energy is going strong! What if we just went from 20 up to 40%? We will definitely notice it! Its a process of awareness, mindfulness, and skill building!!!
