Akitoye Balogun is the founder and CEO of Muva Networks, where he coordinates
global trades, compliance, deals, and strategic partnerships. Akitoye began his career with US-based Cisco, working on the digital transformation of the banking sector. As an enterprise account manager, he successfully closed over $20M in sales over four years. In 2020, he went on to head business development at Pave - an investment holding company with operations in Lagos and Accra. As head of BD, notably worked on the Pave / Binance joint JV to develop fiat on and off-ramp partnerships and grow the Binance business in WA. He also spent time at Humanz Nigeria as the General Manager for the region, where he secured marketing deals with global brands such as Nestlé and Google. Akitoye has a tangible passion for music, performing under the moniker Ajebutter 22. Since 2014, he has released numerous projects, including 3 number one albums.
