Cindy (@my_diabetic_keto_journey on Instagram) is a cancer survivor who's motto is: "Determined to live, not just to exist." At her rock bottom, she was diabetic and 343 lb, about to give up on life.

When given one last chance to change her life for the better, she found Keto and Intermittent Fasting, and discovered an approach that finally worked for her.

Spoiler alert: It wasn't all smooth sailing. Cindy even had 1 month were she completely fell off the wagon, but she shares her mindset around how to get back on. I truly appreciate how authentic and real Cindy is about her journey.
