You don't Always get what you pay for but pay for what you get.

I hate the idea of Scott getting fired and the amount of time that they gave him to build a team. The negotiation process was very disrepectful. They did multiple interviews and waited long before offering. It's like they hired him as interim because he was a last resort or they had limited choices. Sad to say Scott must have not had not other interview options. That's probably why they played games during the interview process. On the other hand, why keep him for a year to fire him. I can't wait to see who they hire. There are some great choices out there.
