Germanys Prime Minister clearly stated that a peace treaty was in the works but U.S. along with Nato made sure they put a end to it. Scott Ritter says that America is in no way shape or form ready to fight let alone beat Russia who just ended talks with China and are now doing a massive strategic postitioning of stelh submarines with 16 nuclear missles on them as well as patroling the once neutral Black Sea with supersonic missles that America has no capabilitt to stop.
