they keep presuming that cops are super-human & don't make mistakes. I could understand if she was benched for her mistake.....but the court ruling doesn't seem to take that into account.

they're methods of testing are so dumb.....the nose is made to catch & hold off all kinds of garbage in the air.....so sticking a swab up against the hairs just tells you what's in the air....not what's in the lungs & bloodstream
