Gustavo Romo is a director who understands the challenges and opportunities of economic development. He has experience in all aspects of community development, including economic development, city planning, building and safety, housing, public works, code enforcement, and budget administration. Romo is an alumnus of Cal Pomona University, where he received his Bachelor of Science degree, before obtaining his MBA from the University of Redlands.
