After watching hundreds of students graduate, I talked to several who were unsure about finishing their probation period. These top graduates are fighters, finishers, closers. But several felt overwhelmed by the choices they made. I warned them that cognitive bias could be distorting their perspective and shared some ideas I gleaned from books I read from Annie Duke, Steve Levitt, and Paul Samuelson.
