God has given his chosen few great opportunities to live for him through his awesome and dear Son King Jesus, whose life, death, burial and resurrection brought to us "the weapons of our warfare" 2 Cor. 10:4-5, "the Whole Armour of God" taught to us in Ephesians 6.
What a great and powerful gift to give to his own. There is no greater power than that which God has given to us. It is up to us to live according to his Holy written word, and apply all that we are taught and instructed in Eph. 6 regarding our warfare and scriptures within the word of God in the NT which reflects the OT warfare of David.
Saints of God, use what God has provided just as you would if you were in combat for our country. And gird your loins against the filthiness of the flesh and spirit, enemies of your soul and body.
Wear the breastplate of righteousness proudly and proclaim the glory of God that is within it and upon it for it is a very precious part of our military armour. Defend these two parts of armour with your heart, soul and life within you.
They are mighty to protect your more comely parts and heart the life force of the body. Be strong and encouraged to obey the word of God more perfectly and honor God and he will honor you, in King Jesus mighty name. Praise God.
