You've heard the typical Christian view on government usually cited from Romans 13:1-7, but today I want to challenge that simplistic view by looking at what else the Bible has to say about the government; the most prominent example that I refer to may surprise you. I then take this new outlook on government to interpret how we should act in the middle of the government suddenly amassing great power.
A point of clarification: for the mayor of Chicago said not to go out and get a haircut. She went out to get a haircut. I realize I said just getting a haircut.
