Ghislaine Maxwelll is getting her chance to plead her case in front of the appeals court today after she says that she caught a raw deal due to juror misconduct and a judge who ruled against her incorrectly. Her hope is to get the convction tossed so that a new trial takes place.
The prosecution and the federal government however, have different plans and they say that Ghislaine Maxwell is exactly where she belongs and that she was given more than a fair trial.
It will now be up to the appeals court to decide where we go from here.
