Our special guest will be retired 26 year FDNY veteran Capt. Mike Dugan. He was appointed to the FDNY on 10-07-1985 when he came over from the NYPD. Assigned November 1985 to Ladder 137 in Rockaway Beach. Transferred to Ladder 43 June 1986. Promoted to Lieutenant January 1994 and assigned to the 31 Battalion. Transferred in June of 1995 to the 16th Battalion. In February 1996 assigned to Ladder 42. Promoted to Captain on July 2000 and assigned as Captain Ladder 123 January 2002. Retired February 23 2012.
